Method
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F.
- Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Pat chicken dry, then brush with oil on all sides.
- Coat chicken thoroughly with the seasoning mixture.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket, skin-side down.
- Cook for 15 minutes, then flip.
- Continue cooking 10-15 more minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 3 months.
- Warm them up in the air fryer at 350°F for about 3–4 minutes for the best texture and flavor.
