Ingredients
  

  • 2 bone-in chicken breasts about 1.5-2 pounds total
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 370°F.
  2. Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  3. Pat chicken dry, then brush with oil on all sides.
  4. Coat chicken thoroughly with the seasoning mixture.
  5. Place chicken in air fryer basket, skin-side down.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes, then flip.
  7. Continue cooking 10-15 more minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  8. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 3 months.
  • Warm them up in the air fryer at 350°F for about 3–4 minutes for the best texture and flavor.
