Mix spices together in a small bowl.
Pat chicken dry and pound to even thickness if needed.
Lightly coat chicken with oil, then season with spice mix on both sides.
Preheat air fryer to 360°F if required by your model.
Place chicken in air fryer basket, presentation side down.
Cook for 10 minutes, then flip and cook 8-10 minutes more until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Brush BBQ sauce on chicken and cook 1-2 more minutes until sauce caramelizes and chicken reaches 165°F.
Rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
