Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs thin sliced chicken breast
  • 1-2 tbsp avocado oil
  • ½ tablespoon lemon pepper
  • 1.5 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1.5 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1.5 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt optional if lemon pepper spice isn't salted

  • Small mixing bowl
  • Measuring spoons
  • Pastry brush or spoon for oil
  • Meat thermometer
  • Tongs

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Combine all seasonings in a small bowl.
  3. Pat chicken breasts completely dry with paper towels.
  4. Brush each breast with avocado oil on both sides.
  5. Coat both sides of each chicken breast generously with the seasoning blend.
  6. Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
  7. Cook at 400°F for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook another 4-6 minutes.
  8. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F before removing.

Notes

  • Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze them for as long as 3 months.
  • For extra juicy chicken, let rest 2-3 minutes before slicing.
  • Cooking times may vary depending on your air fryer model and the exact thickness of your chicken.
