Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3-5 minutes.
- Combine all seasonings in a small bowl.
- Pat chicken breasts completely dry with paper towels.
- Brush each breast with avocado oil on both sides.
- Coat both sides of each chicken breast generously with the seasoning blend.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
- Cook at 400°F for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook another 4-6 minutes.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F before removing.
Notes
- Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze them for as long as 3 months.
- For extra juicy chicken, let rest 2-3 minutes before slicing.
