Ingredients
  

  • 650 g 3 large chicken breasts, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon neutral oil avocado, canola, or vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2-3 minutes.
